Questions

What counts as a workspace?
A workspace is one place your people and their agents work together, holding its own records, sessions and deliverables. Most are a single matter. Others hold what the firm works from: a library of often-cited cases, precedent, internal data. Nothing crosses between them.
Do I pay per person?
No. Put as many people on a workspace as the work needs, from partners to paralegals to co-counsel. The workspace is the only thing that is billed.
How am I billed?
You choose how many workspaces you want when you sign up, and pay for them by card. Each one is a separate monthly charge. Add more, or change your payment method, from billing settings at any time.
What happens when the work is finished?
Archiving keeps the record intact and readable, and an archived workspace is still billed. Delete it when you are ready to stop paying for it.
Is anything held back on Standard?
No feature is. What Litvue does is the same in both plans. Standard holds up to 5 GB of records per workspace, and Enterprise is where records beyond that sit, alongside invoicing and terms set in your contract.
